The prices for the beauty items are fantastic, and I’m consistently impressed by how up-to-date the products are. On my last order, I mistakenly selected 'pick up' and they reached out to me right away to check if that was feasible, considering where I live. Once the error was spotted, there was no hassle in getting the products sent my way, all nicely wrapped. The whole experience felt really friendly, and it was a joy to interact with them.

I've made several orders from Lab and have been happy with the delivery speed and customer service.
